1. This claims management website is owned and operated by Accident Claims Assist. As a claims management company, we deal with claims management activities like Hire, Vehicle recovery, storage and PCO Vehicles.

4. We handle and manage your road accident claims. Our role is to handle and forward the claims to our solicitors. We pass all the claims to our firm of personal injury solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. The solicitors pay us our fee.
   4.1. We communicate with our Client to confirm all the information and chase documents on behalf of our solicitors.

5. Before communicating with any claims management companies or solicitors, you must make your list of questions, including how they deal with and manage the claim process. Our Company does accept any legal responsibility in connection with their services. 
6.  We can advertise third-party services on our website, which may be of interest.
7. Any information that we display on our website is for your guidance and general information. Before acting on any information you can make enquires by yourself or can contact us for more information.
   7.1 The estimated amount of compensation mentioned or the value of your claim is for general information, but we cannot guarantee how much compensation you will get. We always follow Judicial College Guidelines for the Assessment of personal injuries.

    11.1 You must not collect or link to any content on our website without permission in writing. 

General

Our Term and Conditions are governed by the laws of  England . These Terms and Conditions shall not be modified or changed without written and signed permission by the company representative. 

Neither party will be responsible to the other party if you fail to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is because of any incident beyond your control of any such party, including but not to an Act of God, terrorism or war, act of political, civil or military authority, earthquake and nor because of any incident which could have been reasonably foreseen.
